Our agency is seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer<\/strong> on behalf of a well-established construction firm located in Farmington Hills, MI.   • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth and timely project delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analyze and interpret civil drawings with clarity and accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $150K to $400K+<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Utilize AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook for project tracking and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain a strong focus on detail, accountability, and follow-through<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contribute to a culture that values high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Project Engineer role<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Industrial construction experience is a strong asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret civil drawings confidently<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven personality (Type A preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to team success<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficient in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
