This&nbsp;<strong>position<\/strong>&nbsp;will collaborate with a team of project managers who will oversee capital project teams and stakeholders, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled throughout the design, construction, and implementation phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You Will Do<\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Develop project schedules and execute according to plan for assigned projects.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate the contractual scope of work and the impact of client issued bulletins, field directives and\/or scheduling changes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively pursue additional work through change orders.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform associated cost estimates, prepare proposals, and negotiate final settlement price and customer acceptance.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and financial status to management as required.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with consultants, prime contractors, and subcontractors. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend and lead job progress meetings as required.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master&#8217;s degree is highly desirable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of Construction\/Project Management experience within new construction, renovations, MEP infrastructure, and working in critical environments preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment) as well as MS project, Procore and Bluebeam preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OSHA 30 (or the ability to gain certification within 120 days of hire)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to embrace ambiguity and work effectively in environments with undefined processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated capital projects. Reviews project proposal, establishes work plan and manages contractors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Construction Management including scheduling and financial management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality Control and Safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project Engineering including following specifications, design adaptation by ensure design and specifications meet codes and specification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sub-contractor management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, minutes, maintaining documentation and customer liaison<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Education Requirement &#8211; Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent experience&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum Management Experience &#8211; 5 years &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum Functional Experience &#8211; 3 years&#8217; work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MUST HAVE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
