A Leading Civil Engineering firm in central Indiana. Specializing in transportation project design for municipalities, counties, and INDOT, and guiding projects from planning to construction is looking for a Civil Engineer. 

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Civil design in roadway, grading, drainage, utility and site development projects.
• Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
• Build excellent communication skills with project team, government agencies and clients
• Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
• Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules
• Utilize time efficiently in completing tasks accurately, on schedule and within budget
• Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements.

Requirements:

• Degree Required: B.S. Civil Engineering
• Experience in Design of Civil Engineering Projects
• EIT or PE preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation and similar engineering software recommended

Compensation :

• $70,000 to $100,000 for 0 – 4 years of experience
• $100,000 to $130,000 for 5+ years of experience
• Quarterly bonus program

Culture :

Very nice office, laid back, do some afterhours events, remote options, open to it if there is illness, but otherwise would like people in the office, might be open to one day/week remotely. Unless someone has a lot of experience, they really want people in the office because of collaboration.
