Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
• Analyze and interpret civil drawings with clarity and accuracy
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $150K to $400K+
• Utilize AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook for project tracking and documentation
• Maintain a strong focus on detail, accountability, and follow-through
• Contribute to a culture that values high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Project Engineer role
• Industrial construction experience is a strong asset
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret civil drawings confidently
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven personality (Type A preferred)
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to team success
• Proficient in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook
